THE COVE PHILOSOPHY

Understanding creates choice.
Choice creates change.

Psychological difficulties rarely develop in isolation. They are shaped through the interaction of our experiences, relationships, biology and the ways we have learned to cope. Whilst symptoms may be what bring us to therapy, they are rarely the whole story.

Meaningful and lasting change begins with understanding.

At Cove Psychology, the approach is not simply to help you feel better whilst you are in therapy. It is to help you develop the insight, confidence and practical skills to navigate life's challenges independently, creating meaningful change that lasts beyond our work together.

This philosophy underpins every therapy option offered at Cove Psychology.

Clinical Expertise
for Meaningful Change

At Cove Psychology, assessment and therapy begin with understanding.

As an HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist working across both the NHS and private practice, I bring extensive experience supporting people with a wide range of psychological difficulties.

Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, we work together to develop a shared understanding of your experiences and the factors that have shaped your difficulties. This understanding guides an individualised therapeutic approach focused on meaningful, lasting change.
