Contact

Take the first step, at your own pace.

Reaching out for support can feel daunting. Whether you're ready to book an appointment or simply have a question, I'd be pleased to hear from you.

If you're unsure whether therapy is the right next step, you're welcome to arrange a complimentary 20-minute consultation to discuss your needs with no obligation to proceed.

Crisis & Emergency Support

Cove Psychology is an independent private practice and is not an emergency or crisis service.

If you are concerned about your safety or the safety of someone else, or require urgent mental health support, please contact:
• Your GP
• NHS 111
• Your local Mental Health Crisis Team
• Call 999 immediately if there is an immediate risk to life.

I look forward to hearing from you.

I understand that making first contact can sometimes feel like the hardest step. Whether you decide to arrange a consultation or simply reach out with a question, I'll do my best to ensure you feel welcomed, listened to and supported from the very beginning.
