A Collaborative Approach

I often think about psychology in the same way I think about architecture. Meaningful change begins with understanding how individual parts come together to create the whole. Just as architects carefully study a building before making structural changes, I believe therapy should begin by developing a shared understanding of your experiences, relationships and patterns.

This understanding isn't something I create alone—it's something we develop together through curiosity, collaboration and psychological expertise

UNDERSTAND

The foundations of your experience

COLLABORATE

Developing shared psychological insight

BUILD

Tools for meaningful and lasting change

Making sense before making change

Understand

Understanding is the foundation of meaningful therapy. Together, we make sense of your experiences, relationships and patterns, developing a shared understanding of how your difficulties have developed and what continues to maintain them.

Working together with purpose

Collaborate

Therapy is a collaborative process built on openness, curiosity and shared responsibility. By combining your lived experience with my psychological expertise, we develop an approach that is tailored to you.

Build

creating lasting psychological foundations

The aim of therapy is not dependence, but independence. Together, we build the understanding, confidence and skills needed to support meaningful, lasting change beyond our work together.

Therapeutic Modalities

Specialist Clinical Training

My clinical practice is informed by extensive post-doctoral training across a range of psychological therapies.

An Integrative Approach

Rather than working from a single therapeutic model, I draw on this breadth of training to tailor therapy to the individual. Together, we develop a shared understanding of your difficulties before agreeing on an approach that best reflects your needs, goals and circumstances. This allows therapy to remain individualised, evidence-based and responsive, rather than constrained by a single way of working.

Commitment to Continued Professional Development

Clinical psychology is a profession built on continual learning. Alongside my clinical work, I remain committed to ongoing professional development, ensuring my practice reflects current research, evolving evidence and advances in psychological understanding.
